The Eleaf Melo 5 is the youngest member of the Melo family and with it Eleaf is putting into practice the experience gained with its predecessors. The Melo 5 has 2 tank glasses, namely 2eins with a rubberized decoration and a normal one. So you can decide for yourself whether you prefer more striking or more plain. Also new is the vaporizer head, which is used in the Eleaf Melo 5. The EC-S is equipped with a mesh made of SS316 and has a resistance of 0.6 ohms, which makes it especially suitable for the lower power range.
While the Melo 4 could still be filled simply by sliding the top on, the Melo 5 is now equipped with a child lock. You first have to pull the top up and then push it back. This also prevents the top from opening by itself. Another new feature is the closure in the chimney. This ensures that no liquid can leak when changing the vaporizer head. As soon as you pull out the base with the vaporizer head, the little windows in the chimney close. Of course, they also open again when the base with the vaporizer head is put back in.
All in all, Eleaf has made an already good vaporizer even better and above all safer with the Melo 5.
