Curieux Peche Melba

The French manufacturer Curieux is back with 100% natural recipes made from vegetable glycerine and vegetal. The Dessert Edition honours mythical desserts like the Peche Melba. This recipe was created in 1894 by Auguste Escoffier, a great personality of the French culinary heritage, in honour of the Australian singer Nellie Melba, after hearing her sing at Covent Garden. This internationally renowned dessert consists of a delicious peach poached in a vanilla syrup and served with vanilla ice cream. The Curieux Peche Melba gives preference to the pulp, sweet and sunny, warmly wrapped in a creamy sweetness.
